Description
DENOMINATION: Umbria IGT 2021
GRAPES: Chardonnay 60% – Viognier 35 % – Sauvignon 5%
TERRAIN: hilly, stony and calcareus.
WINE MAKING: After the grapes are hand-picked from the vine-yard, the grapes are left to macerate for a short time then they undergo a slow process of fermentation under controlled temperatures.
ALCHOOL: 12,5% pH 3,35
COLOR: Golden yellow
AROMA: Hint of apple, pineapple and passion fruit
FLAVOUR: It has a strong body, persistent with a hint of a pleasant bitterness and minerality
