GRAPES: Sangiovese 50% – Merlot 50%
TERRAIN: Hilly, stony, calcareus.
WINE MAKING: the grapes are hand-picked. The fermentation process occurs in wine cask of steel.
COLOR: Intense ruby red wine
AROMA: Pleasant, hint of violet, cherry and plum
FLAVOUR: Pleasant tannin, soft wine with a silky consistency
GASTRONOMY: It fits weel with salami, assorted cheeses and second courses of meat, specifically the Umbrian traditional ones.
ALCOHOL: 14,5% vol.
